 Since I've been here for a few weeks now, and it doesn't look like I can get home soon, I thought maybe I should introduce myself.  My name is Conan Edogawa, and I'm an elementary school detective!

Are there any other detectives here?  Or police officers?  I already met one.

[He hoped that any detectives would be more useful to have some useful information.  Or at least more useful that he had acquired so far.  Magic was not real.  There was always another explanation when something appeared to have been accomplished by it.

Somehow managed to get two jobs since I've been here. I can't even begin to explain how excited I am right now.

[Come see Charlie for all your tea-related needs. She's still technically in training so she might flub stuff. But don't worry. She's quick to recover and your tea will always be piping hot.]

[She's only here for a couple hours. Still getting used to the place and sort of trying to keep things organized. She also stopped on her way from her first job to here to get sandwiches and food for herself and her boss. She'll be wandering around, looking at everything in the shop and trying to remember what objects do what.]
