[ Ordinary people might at least introduce themselves when making their first public address to whoever's out there on the other end of an unfamiliar network. Not Tony. In lieu of an introduction, or anything approaching a greeting, he says only this: ]

Okay. Seriously. What do you people do for fun around here?

[ The quiet sound of a sigh can be heard, followed by an under the breath mutter. ]

Well, usually that's not my first guess. It tends to get relegated to, oh, I don't know, somewhere between the tooth fairy and Santa.

Well I haven't met either of them here. But I have scene enough things that made me quite the believer about magic.

Have you ever met a mock turtle? Or humpty-dumpty? Or grown so tall you couldn't even see your own feet below the trees? Because I have.

I think I might've met humpty-dumpty at a party once. The rest, no. Did go head-to-head with a thunder god, though. Does that count?

Perhaps in might. I find the definition of magic varies wildly from world to world.

Yeah, okay, but see, the thunder god turned out to be an alien. And humpty-dumpty was just a fat guy in a suit. So it stands to reason that your magic's just more of same, sleight of hand and misdirection.
