He's dressed in a very worn blue tunic with white trim, and darker trousers, threadbare at the knees. His boots of brown leather are scuffed and well-worn. Closer inspection will show that some areas of his exposed skin are covered with some very thin, very straight parallel scars, well on their way to healed, but fresh enough to be pink against his dark skin. They circle him in an odd pattern, evenly spaced by millimeters, but they've somehow managed to avoid his face and hands.]
