While the uniform would certainly be familiar to her, it's the Starfleet signature his combadge carries that Captain Janeway recognizes, as she doesn't catch sight of him until after her tricorder's alerted her to his presence and she heads off in his direction. She, of course, doesn't have the luxury of explaining how she got here other than a temporal transport gone horribly wrong. What had seemed to be an impromptu mission successfully completed, done and over with, was now... Well, whatever was going on here.
